Salesperson & Assign to a Form
To assign a form to a specific WhatsApp number or rotate among your salesperson's WhatsApp, you need to add at Sales Team section at https://orderla.my/admin/sales-team.
At your form editing mode, at Form tab, check on 'Use WhatsApp Number from Sales Team'. After that, check your desired person number. And then hit save.
In case of selecting more than one sale person, the form will rotationally use the WhatsApp numbers.
For example: a form with 3 numbers. For the first order, it will be routed to the first person. Second order second number. Third order will be third number. And then, the forth one will be back to the first number. This will happen on and on.
Report & Statistics
On the right side of the salesperson's list there is 'report' button to see the report of your salesperson.
As well for statistics, on the salesperon list, there is a small graph icon on the left where we can click and open the salesperson's statistics.
