Orderla.my Ordering Platform is centered to its **forms**. Form let your customer to select their orders and key in their details and send to you as a seller. Here we will learn how to get started with Orderla, subscribe to Plus / Pro plan , integrate with payment gateway and so much more. Let's get started by creating your first WhatsApp Order Form. WhatsApp Order Form works like a sales page showing about your offerings and products. Customers can select the items they want and send as a messenging text to merchant to order. This solution is perfect for merchant who already using WhatsApp to step-up their game. ## Building a Form ### 1. Create Your First Order Form On the navigation menu, click on the **Order Forms** > **Forms**, then click **'Create New Form'**. Add the title and form slug. Form slug will be automatically generated by the title. Form slug will be part of form's URL.
Start type **Title**, and Form Slug will appear automatically. Adjust the Form Slug if needed. Click **Save** on top right to save the form first. Right after Save. You may now access the **Products** section. Create list of sections and products from there.
Click on **'Add Section'**, and add Section Name.
Then click '**Add Product**' inside the CAKE section.
This will open a '**Add Product**' popup. Now add your product's name, description, price & limit.
Click on Image to add an image. Currently we only support to add one image for one product.
Next is to click on **Add** button ( on the most bottom side ) to add the product inside the product list.
Now you can preview your live page by clicking on the **Preview** button at the top bar. ### Preview Your Form Now your form is live for you to test it out.

Juga boleh digunakan bila anda buat online advertising juga. ## Contoh Ordering Form {% embed url="" %} Bila anda share link tersebut, prospek dapat melihat terus produk / menu yang anda tawarkan. Prospek boleh klik pada - / + untuk memilih produk yang ingin dibeli. Kemudian prospek boleh isi nama, no telefon, alamat email, dan alamat. Jika prospek terus tekan button **'Teruskan'** di bawah, jika belum maklumat wajib diisi akan keluar alert untuk meminta prospek berbuat demikian. > Jika delivery options disetkan, prospek wajib untuk memilih salah satu penghantaran juga. Seterusnya, '**Order Summary**' akan terpapar. Form tersebut akan generatekan teks ordering kepada nombor WhatsApp melalui aplikasi WhatsApp didalam mobile phone. Teks tersebut belum dihantar lagi selagi prospek tidak tekan button **'Send'** ( ikon biru ). Setelah pelanggan tekan butang send, seller akan dapat notifikasi melaui WhatsApp. ## **E-Invoice for Customer** Di dalam mesej tersebut, disertakan sekali **Order Link** yang apabila dibuka akan di bawa kepada **Customer Order Page** seperti gambar di bawah.
Jika anda adalah pemilik shop tersebut anda boleh buka ordering ini melaui: 1. Scan QR Code. Anda akan dibawa ke halaman admin order tersebut. 2. Anda boleh tekan pada **PDF** untuk generatekan Order Page dalam bentuk PDF. Anda boleh update status order dan payment status di sini. Orders by Status:\ 1\. **New** - Order yang baru masuk yang belum di buka. Find and click 'Stripe Customer Portal...' button, it will go to Stripe Customer Portal like image below.
# Cancel Your Subscription Go to Orderla.my My Subscription Page -> Scroll down until you find 'Cancel Subscription' Panel. Click '**Cancel Subscription...**' button.
It will open the Unsubscribe Confirmation page with optional feedback questions. Scroll down to find '**Confirm Unsubscribe**' to confirm your subscription cancellation.

At editing your Form, go to **Coupons** section.
Tap on '**Add Coupon**' button.
You may add a unique Coupon Code, or click 'Generate Code' button to generate random Coupon Code. Then you can set the type of your as 'fixed' or 'percentage'. After that you can key in the value either in percentage or RM. You may also set the coupon as limited by tick 'Redemtion Limits' to the number of your choice. Untick 'Redemption Limits' if you want to make the coupon unlimited. Click Add to create the coupon. But remember once the coupon is created it cannot be edited. Di 'Overview' kita boleh lihat keberadaan untuk kalendar kita. Paparan ini adalah sama dengan apa yang pelanggan lihat di form juga. Pergi ke **'Availability Setup'** untuk setup hari-hari dan slot waktu yang pelanggan anda boleh pilih. ### Availability Setup Di Availability Setup, anda boleh lihat paparan seperti di bawah.
Di Availability Setup ini, anda boleh set kan **Cut-off Time**, **Future Days**, **Normal Time Slot Hours,** **Slot Duration, Time Gap Between Next Slot, juga option untuk hidupkan Break Time**. **Cut-Off Time** ( boleh pilih: hours / days ) masa dalam jam atau hari.Boleh set kan tidak boleh booking pada hari yang sama dengan set 1 hari 'cut-off time (day)'. Ataupun jarakan ke jam yang berikutnya dengan set 1 jam 'cut-off time (hour)'. Fungsi ini adalah untuk mengelakan dibooking di akhir waktu. Jika anda tidak mahu cut-off time biarkan ia menjadi 0 hour. **Future Days** adalah untuk memberikan berapa hari dari hari ini yang boleh dipilih oleh pelanggan. **Normal Time Slot Hours** boleh set kan hari apa dan waktu pembukaan dan penutupan kedai pada hari biasa. Contohnya : dari pukul 10:00am ke 6:00pm **Slot Duration** untuk set berapa lama tempoh untuk satu-satu slot. **Time Gap Between Next Slot** untuk letakkan gap sebelum slot seterusnya bermula. **Break Time** juga terdapat untuk memberikan blok dalam satu hari untuk tujuan rehat. Contoh Pengiraan : Cut Off 2 Days, Future Days: 7 Days. Normal Time Slot Hours: 10am ke 6pm. Slot Duration 30 min. Time Gap: 0. No Break Time. Active Days: Monday to Friday. Setelah anda isi kesemuanya anda boleh tekan **Save**. Kemudian lihat pada tab '**Overview**' untuk melihat hasilnya.

Dari hari ini 8hb March, boleh start pilih tarikh pada 11 March. Boleh lihat time Slot dari pukul 10am ke 6pm. Setiap slot berdurasi 30 min sehingga pukul 6pm. Anda boleh ubah suai mengikut keperluan anda.

In the 'Overview' section, we can see the preview of our calendar. This display is the same as what customers see in the form as well. Go to 'Availability Setup' to set up the days and time slots that your customers can choose. ### Availability Setup In Availability Setup, you can see a display like the one below.
In Availability Setup, you can set the Cut-off Time, Future Days, Normal Time Slot Hours, Slot Duration, Time Gap Between Next Slot, as well as the option to enable Break Time. * Cut-Off Time (options: hours / days): This is the time in hours or days. You can set it to prevent bookings on the same day by setting a 1-day 'cut-off time (day)', or a distance to the next hour by setting a 1-hour 'cut-off time (hour)'. This function is to avoid bookings at the end of the time. For example: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Slot Duration: Set the duration for each slot. * Time Gap Between Next Slot: Set the gap before the next slot starts. * Break Time: This allows you to block out a period within a day for breaks. Example Calculation: Cut Off 2 Days, Future Days: 7 Days. Normal Time Slot Hours: 10 am to 6 pm. Slot Duration: 30 minutes. Time Gap: 0. No Break Time. Active Days: Monday to Friday. After you've filled in all the details, you can press Save. Then, check the 'Overview' tab to see the results.

For example: today is March 8th, customers can start selecting dates from March 11th. Time slots are available from 10 am to 6 pm. Each slot has a duration of 30 minutes until 6 pm. You can modify this according to your needs.

When the order is clicked, you can view details about that order on the right-hand side.

# Embed Orderla Page This feature enable you to embed Orderla page to your website. Whether partially, as popup or fullpage. To start enable your form to embed to another webpage you need to enable this feature to make sure the form work correctly. First go to your form editing page.
Scroll down to **Form Embedding** card. Check '**Embedded inside iframe'** on. Then click '**Copy**' button on the right side to copy the all the code on the clipboard.
Paste the code into your HTML page. The sample code is like below for reference: ``` Order Form ``` # Support International Number Code You can receive orders from customer from other countries too. First go to Forms Editor, and then go to **Customer Details** tab.
Check '**Phone Number**' on. Then at **Additional Selectable Phone Number Country Codes** field, start type country you want to support.
You can add many countries as you want. Make sure to click '**Save**' on the top right. > Please note that not all countries in the world are supported. Please request the countries if not listed to Orderla Support. ### Check at Order Form Once you have save the form, you may check at the order form. Look at the customer details section. Now at phone number field's country code can be changed by having the arrow indicator.

Make sure you have at least one payment gateway enabled. Also make sure you also have mobile app ([odr.la/app](http://odr.la/app)) installed and enable push notification. You even can test the push notification inside the app.
Once you tick it, then hit **Save**. ### Open & Test Your Form Open the ordering form to test the 'Place Order Now' button. At first glace, the form is identical with normal WhatsApp Ordering form. However, when you click **Proceed**, your summary sheet will show a **Place Order Now** button. The button is larger than the 'WhatsApp' button to encourage customer to pay directly via payment gateway
If you hit **Place Order Now** you will be directed to selected payment gateway to make payment. You will need to enable push notification on your mobile phone to receive notifications on your mobile. Download mobile app at [odr.la/app](http://odr.la/app) You will receive notification twice: on the submitted order and when the payment has been made. If the payment wasn't been made you may follow up with the customer via WhatsApp to guide he/she how to make the payment, or advice how to use other type of payment. # Cart-Based Form Type Cart-based Form is a form type that is tailored for food & beverage (F\&B) type of business. Of course it can be used for any similar fashion. You can set 'Cart-based' at **form edit** / **form** scroll to Form Type, and select 'Cart-based'. # Section Availability Used with Cart-based form and Date & Time Slots, product's sections can be available based on selected certain day and time range. ### Overview This feature is perfect for use case like to make certain type of items available on certain day or time range. For example items for breakfast, only available on certain range time in the morning. > To use this feature a form need to use > > 1. Cart-based Form > 2. Enable Date & Time Slot ### Initial Setup Firstly, use Cart-based form at Form Type like below.
Secondly, turn on '**Date & Time Slots**' availability.
### Turn on Section Availability based on Day & Time-Range At ❶ Products list, each section will have a 'calendar' icon. Click on the ❷ calendar icon.
It will show a window on Section Availability. **Check** the checkbox.
It will pre-selected all days of a week. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. And time range from 00:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Change the value based on when do you offer the whole products inside the section to your customers. For example section only on certain day. Or on certain time-range like breakfast, example : from 6:00 AM to 11: AM. ### Testing Out on Your Form For example we have a section for breakfast menu which available everyday from 9 am to 12pm. Thus, for items inside the section it will be only shown if the customer select the specific time wihtin the mentioned boundaries.
### Enable Welcome Pop-up with Date & Time Picker To let your customer pre-select the date & time slot right away you may want to enable Welcome Popup with date & time picker. To enable it go to **Welcome Popup** tab. (The tab only available when using cart-based form). (2) Turn on Show Welcome Popup switch. (3) Turn on 'Show delivery options and date & time slots on welcome popup' checkbox.

### Set Your Location Now click on **'Set Location & Covered Area'.**

Drag & drop your pin to specifically point your location. Once you done, click **'Done'**. Click **'Save'** to save your form. After you save your form, turn off '**Map-based Local Delivery**'.
### Managing the Order At the Order Details (on the web), when you receive order via Delyva, there is a section titled **'Delyva Delivery'**.
Click on '**Manage Delyva Shipment'** button. Scroll down until you see checkbox for 'Send Seller's Coordinate', check the checkbox. Then click **'Submit & Purchase Parcel'**

After logged in, inside the Dashboard, go to Settings > IT Settings. Take note on **Client ID** and **Client Key**.
Then open Orderla.my dashboard on another tab. Go to Settings > Delivery Services > Ninjavan Postpaid. Or click on this link .
Copy and Paste the value like the image below and click **'Save Change'** to save.
### Set Your Pickup Address Key in your address detail at the same page and click **'Save Change'**.
### How to Send the Shipment Data to Ninjavan At your order details on web ( or in b-view orders ) you should see **'Manage Shipment via Ninjavan'** button.
A **'Ninjavan Postpaid Shipment'** window will appear. Check on the Sender & receiver details. To change the receiver address you need to close the window and edit at the order details' customer fields and save.
Select the pickup date and slot. Click **'Send to Ninjavan'** button and click **'Confirm'** on a confimation alert. Once the **'Completed'** alert appear you may check your Ninjavan Dashboard. ### Tracking No on E-Invoice At your e-invoice for your customer, he/she will see the link for Ninjavan tracking page at the top.
# Product Referencing Separately create a product, then attach to a form. Navigate to Products page via side menu, Order Forms > Products. Click '+ **Product**'.
Save the new Product info by clicking 'Save'. ### Adding Product to a Form Firstly choose your form that you want to edit. Go to Form Edit / Product. Inside a section you may see a button called **'Add Product Ref'**
Select the items from the dropdown menu.
You may select multiple items as well. Once you selected the items, click **'Add'**. # POS Malaysia Postpaid This feature is for Pro plan. First you can go to Settings > POS Malaysia Postpaid. Or via this link: . Please enter your Client ID & Client Secret from POS Malaysia backend. Below that, please add your address.
### How to Get The Keys Firstly you need to have an account for USC Portal and login here . Then go to "Gen Connot". Or use this URL:
Then, click on **"My Apps".**
Select all the options as follows and click **'Submit'**.
After creating new app, click at the navigation bar **'Endpoints'**. Then at Applications panel, select the name of appliation you have created.
At the same page on the upperside, please toggle the **Sandbox** switch off (1) to enable Production mode as below.

Turn Off the Sandbox switch to enable in Production mode.

In the panel it will show the **Client ID** and **Client Secret**. Back to Orderla.my Page, at Settings > Delivery Services > POS Malaysia Postpaid. Copy and paste at the settings.
### Set Pickup Locations Next, at the same page scroll down to 'Pickup Locations' section. Click on **'Add New Pickup'** (1).
Please enter your **Location Name** & **Location ID**. For Location ID please use postcode.
### ### ### ## Submit the Shipping Info to POS Malaysia Note: This feature is on web based platform. When you receive an order, please open the order details. There is a section : **POS Malaysia Postpaid Delivery**. Click the **'Manage POS Malaysia Shipment...'** button.
A window like below will appear.
First you need to check the addresses for the sender and receiver are correct. Next you need to select the pickup location (2) from your list created before. Optionally check 'Require to Pickup' if needed. Select Ready to Collect At and Close at properly. Add comments if needed. Choose Item Type. Then click **'Submit to POS Malaysia' (2).** After that, click **'Proceed'**.
If everything runs complete, you will be able to see the airwaybill in PDF format.

There you can see Initial Payment amount, where you can put the amount in percentage like 30 %.
At the order form your custome have a choice to pay in 'Partial Payment' in addition to Full Payment. Currently only these payment gateways supports Inital Payment method. The payment status will become 'Partial Paid' when the payment via payment gateway succeed.
## Managing the orders
At the Order Details in admin, merchant can see the payment list of the order. For the remaining balance you may ask your customer directly by sending the invoice.
## Manually Update the Payment List You may also add the payment manually by click '+ Add Payment' then enter the amount and note.
You can add as many smaller payment as you needed until if complete the balance due. # Navigation Pages Navigation page can be stand alone page or to become a popup page in a form.
The page has links to other form or links. It's useful to direct a customer to open another form that represent another branch that nearer to the customer. The page also able to be accessible via a link as standalone page.
## How to Setup Go to this page at
Then click 'Edit' on the newly created Navigation Page to open the editor.
Click on the '+ Link' to add a link. You may choose : 'Order Form', 'Link', or 'Navigation' (to link to another Navigation page).
Then, click 'Save' on top right to save the changes. ### Attach the Navigation Page to your Form You have the navigation page created, now you need to attach it to your order form. Open your form editor and click on the 'Options' tab. At Top Navigation section, check the 'Show a Navigation Button' on.
Then select your desired navigation page that you want to show in the form as pop-up. Then click 'Save' on the top right.

# Orderla.my POS / Merchant App A dedicated app to record sales for specific order form on-the-go. Even without active Internet. {% hint style="info" %} To access the setup, you may need to have active **Pro** plan account. {% endhint %} ### Merchant / POS App Download Link Already have the merchant account? Download the app here: **For iOS (iPhone / iPad):** **For Android:** ### Create Merchant Account First At Orderla.my admin portal, at side navigation, click **Teams**, then click on **POS / Merchant**.
At Merchants page, click **'Add Merchant'**. Fill up the information. Note that one merchant account will get access to **one order form** that you want to take order on the device.
Once you have create the merchant, you may download the app from [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=my.orderla.merchant). ### Login on The App Upon opening the app, you may login with the created **Merchant account**.
Once you logged in, it will load the form's items. Make sure you have setup your forms with all your products.
As starter you need to add items to cart and check out. To add item to cart, simply click on the icon. A popup window will apear to ask for quantity and other details. Click **'Add to Cart'** to add to cart. Click **'Cart'** at the bottom part to view your cart.
At cart you may **change** **quantity** of the item, also you may **remove item**. You may add also **add discount.** Click on the **3 dots** on the top, click **'Add Discount'**. You may also clear the cart by click **3 dots** and select **'Clear Cart'**. ### Proceed to Payment Once you are happy with the cart, you may click **'Payment'** on the bottom part and it will go to Payment Selection Page.
For the time being, Orderla.my Merchant app only support Cash. Click on **Cash** to proceed. ### Charging Customer At this page you may add the details of your customer; name, phone no and add some notes.
Click '**Confirm Record Sale'**. To record the sale. On the event of you connected to the internet, Orderla.my Merchant App will add record the sales directly to your Orderla.my account. The order will become 'paid' and 'completed'. In case of no internet. The app will record the receipt offline on the device. Later you may sync once you have the internet connected. ### Sales Recorded Successfully
After you click '**Confirm Record Sale**', the system will record the sale locally and also record to the Orderla.my system (when the event of internet connection exist). When the process is successful, it will show the result as Done with the order info. When the order's code number and invoice number is shown, it mean it's already been recorded on the Orderla.my. **For Sunmi Device** **user:** at this screen there is a 'Print' button for you to quickly print with the inner printer. Click **'Start a new Sale'** to go back to main screen. ### View Recent Receipt At the main screen click on '**Hamburger Menu / 3 line Menu**' on the top left to show the **Side Navigation Menu**. Now click on **'Recent Receipt'**.
Here you can see the list of recent receipts you have recorded. Note that this should be the temporary place as the system also recorded the order to Orderla.my system as well.
In the event you have receipts that have not been synced yet. You can click on three dots, and select **'Sync Receipt'.** It will submit the order for receipts that haven't have the order ID. Once you have done, you may choose to clear all synced receipt to clean up the space. Kemudian masukan copywriting yang menyegat agar prospek anda berminat untuk membeli dengan anda. **TIPS**: Ada kaedah PESTA, iaitu Problem, Exegerate, Solution, Testimony and Action. Pastikan anda klik **'Save'** setelah anda buat pembaharuan. ## Masukan Produk Anda Jom kita tengok macam mana nak listkan produk anda. Selain itu anda boleh masukan **description**, **weight** (berat), **image** (gambar) dan **SKU** (stock keeping unit). **TIPS:** amat penting untuk letakan gambar pada setiap produk agar pelanggan tahu bagaimana bentuk rupa barang tersebut. Gambar tu sebaiknya hi-resolution sebab gambar itu boleh dilihat secara besar. Orderla akan memaparkan Order Summary dahulu sebelum pelanggan boleh tekan **'Send via WhatsApp'** untuk menghantar kepada anda melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Jadi form ini berguna bila dibuka pada browse mobile phone kerana pasti mereka ada aplikasi WhatsApp yang terinstall.
